Groomsmen Gift Ideas currently only ships domestically to US customers via USPS.
We do our best to make sure you receive your order by the estimated shipping date or earlier! We ship everything via USPS and we currently offer the following options:
Standard Shipping: $9.95 (10-15 Business Days)
Faster Shipping: $39.95 (5-7 Business Days)
Expedited Shipping &Processing: $99.95 (5 Business Days)
We always strive to under promise and over deliver when it comes to processing and shipping your orders. Most of the time you will receive your order early, but using these shipping estimates will help insure that your products are delivered on time and your events go smoothly.
All shipping estimates are based on full business days. If your order is placed after 2:00pm PST on a business day or on a weekend/holiday, you should adjust your shipping timeline to begin on the morning of the next business day.
Please note: Saturday, Sundays and National holidays do not count as business days. We also count the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve as Holidays.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address of an order that has already shipped, please contact us to attempt this change. Do not contact USPS directly.
We cannot guarantee that all change requests can be accommodated. If an address change is successful, delivery may be delayed by several business days as the shipment is re-routed.
Tracking Your Order
Order tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout on the day your package(s) ship. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show on the USPS website. If you have an account with us, you can also log in to check order status.
Please make sure you inspect your order for any damages or defects it may have sustained during transit as soon as the order arrives.
Important Shipping Policies (Please Read)
If a package is returned for any reason (including but not limited to a wrong or incomplete address being provided, missing or incorrect apartment or floor number or the driver being unable to access the property or door), the customer will be responsible for paying return and re-shipment costs.
Please make sure to provide an accurate address at checkout.
We are not able to create a replacement order if your package is delayed or returned to us due to an incorrect address. We will have to wait for the package to be returned and then we can re-ship it.
We are not liable for any “Acts of God”, weather conditions, or any operational issues with package carriers which prevent an order from being delivered in the quoted timeline. We will work with you as best we can, but no refunds will be issued in these cases.
